Tomasteed is an independent advisory firm, founded in 2024 and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This regulatory framework reflects a standard of governance we apply across all of our practices.
Tomasteed was founded on a conviction: Africa's key stakeholders — governments, institutions, private-sector groups and project developers — need advice fully tailored to their challenges, their markets, and the requirements of international investors and financiers.
